Fodilicious

Fodilicious is a low FODMAP ready meal and snack company founded by Lauren Leisk. The term FODMAP is an acronym: “Fermentable Oligo-, Di-, Mono-saccharides And Polyols“. These are short-chain carbohydrates that are poorly absorbed in the small intestine. Research has shown that a low FODMAP diet can help with symptoms of IBS.

Lauren, who suffers from IBS herself, developed the idea after becoming frustrated with the limited availability of FODMAP-friendly meals and snacks on the current market. Lauren’s aim with Fodilicious was to create low FODMAP, gluten-free and dairy-free freshly prepared meal options with no additives or preservatives, using the finest fresh local Scottish ingredients.

Offshoot developed the existing brand, making it friendlier, younger, fresher and more accessible. As well as creating pouches and retail packs for their Cookie Button range we developed sleeve designs for a range of ready meals that focusses on the honest ingredients  used inside every dish.

Since their launch just over a year ago Fodilicious has gone from strength to strength, gaining a number of awards and significant press attention.
